I've just posted Crazy Plates: Low Fat Food So Good You'll Swear It's Bad for You!  PBS doesn't have a description (I've submitted an edit), but you can read about it at amazon.com at this link. 

Sorry, no 2 for 1 deal on this book as it's a large hardback book.  Excellent condition.
