I've posted all the books I need for my  curriculum on my wish list but am open to others out there if you have any. Maybe you have some of my wish list items but haven't posted them yet. Thanks!

Have you looked at this website?

We're using Famous Men of the Middle Ages (Memoria Press) and The Story of the Middle Ages (Samuel Harding) as our spines for next year. I ordered hard copies of both but they are both available at mainlesson.com.

The Middle Ages by Mike Corbishley is a good overview of the period.  The book The Vikings by Elizabeth Janeway is tremendous.  I believe it would be classified with historical fiction, but it is very well researched and my kids (who were 1st Grade, 3rd Grade, and 7th Grade at the time) enjoyed it as a read-aloud.  Another would be Story of the World volume 2, and Middle Ages, Renaissance and Reformation by Veritas Press.

Thank you Paula and Annelle for your great suggestions. I'll be sure to check them out.
