My daughter had this at an ex boyfriends house a few years ago but never got the recipe. And we would love to try it. Thanks for your help!

I've never heard of fried mac and cheese. My mom always just pan fried cooked macaroni in some butter. It is soooo good! Just cook it until it browns just a little.
