Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew the title of this book. I'm also going to try abebooks.com. I read this book in an elementary school library about ten or so years ago. I remember it was about this boy who was about elementary-school age. He met a family [I think] of ghosts. I think his name was Gregory, and I think he was from London. The cover, I think, was dark-ish blue, with the ghosts and the boy on the cover. The title may have been something like "Gregory and the Ghosts" but there's no books I can find under that title. I remember one specific part of the book where he's talking to a [literal] vampire bat, and he says that it's gross and wrong to suck the blood out of humans, and the bat replies by saying it's worse that Gregory [?] has leather shoes, because they had to kill the cow to get them. That's all I remember, sorry >.< Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
