Please don't tell me I am in the wrong forum again.. if so.. let me say now.. "SORRY".. but I am looking for the series that is about a nurse in (I think) korea and with her doctor friend.. she touches a RUIN.. stone.. whatever and gets sent back in time.. there are (I think) 4 books to this series and I would love to read it again and again and again.. I found them in a library  some years ago.. and am not in that area anymore.. I know the authors last name starts with "G".. I think it might be the "outlander".. but hey.. have been wrong before and probably wrong again.. but this is the series that started me on all the others that I love.. time.. and magic.. and the paranormal.. am I not being clear.. or if you need more info.. please ask.. it is a GREAT Series.. and would love to read it again and again and again.. thanks for your help in advance.. smiles.. pattyspossibles

Patricia, that sounds like the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon. It's been a few years since I read them but I think she's married to a doctor and they're stationed in Scotland, she touches the ruins, etc. I think there are six books in the series now as well as a "companion".
