I mailed an Audio CD on 9/26.  I used the PBS label.  The Details area still only says that Electronic Shipping Info was received.  Does it sometimes take this long???  Or should I worry?  I hate this feeling that a 2 credit book has been lost!  I have had USPS lose books before (twice, on another trade site--they were scanned and then never left that scan site).  And I dread that it may have happened again!  Any advice on what to do?

April, it certainly can take a while with Media Mail, which is why the system allows 26 days before marking an item lost.  If you used PBS DC, you have credit protection in place if an item goes lost.  The Help Center document, "A book I sent is lost in the mail!" covers what to do once an item officially goes lost, including how to file a report with the postal service.

It normally never takes this long, and go figure it's a 2 credit item, so I am having anxiety about it!  I will try to be more patient.  The last time this happened the books were indeed lost.  So frustrating!  Thank you for the reassurance.

I totally understand your anxiety; and I just wanted you to know that you are not the only one who feels this way.
