From Library Journal
Disillusioned lawyer Tony Kozol (Skulls of Sedona), playing fill-in guitar for a well-known country singer in Austin, helps a young Mexican look for his sister backstage at the Austinland Theater. After Tony discovers a dead crew member, the Mexican promptly disappears, the band's manager blames Tony for possible bad PR, and someone plants narcotics in Tony's guitar case. Unfortunately, the missing sister apparently turns up dead as well, pointing to an unnerving connection to the band. A committed but independent sleuth, deceptive reporter, good buddy detective, and resentful musician add verve to the action-packed plot.
