Hi, I ordered a book on PBS and it didn't come for a long time. PBS automatically marked it lost in the mail, but now I've received it. Is there a way to find the history of your ordered books and mark that the "Lost in the Mail" book has been found?

Yeah! This just happened to me yesterday, it was awesome. :) My Account --> Transaction Archive --> Then click on the button next to said book and fill out the info.

That's great! As Stephanie said, mark it received from your Transaction Archive, which you'll access from your My Account menu. There's a help doc with directions:
