I recently had a couple of books, en route to me, get lost in the mail. I figured they would show up soon, but they haven't. I just think it is odd that it is 2 books, at around the same time - from different senders. I am hesitant to request the books again, because I just can't believe they are both really lost - seems like too much of a coincidence. |

Do you live in an area that's getting a lot of severe winter weather? I do, and a lot of the books I've both sent and received are taking forever. None have been officially lost yet, but it's been close with a few of them. I'm just chalking it up to the snow and terrible driving conditions. |

The site recommends waiting 2 or 3 weeks before reordering, since lost books do arrive. The Christmas holidays slowed a lot of mail down. You can PM the senders and ask if the book has been returned to them, or if they've heard anything from the Post Office. if you don't hear back in a week, you are probably safe reordering. |

I live outside Tampa so NO bad weather, but our mail often goes thru Atlanta where there are lots of flight delays so I'm guessing when I send a book via first class and Atlanta gets snowed in (like they did for 3 days in JAN) it's going to affect my packages too! |
