I've been watching the show lost for the last couple months. never watched it before but,wondered if any of you knew of any books on stranded island with bizarre twists

Island in the Sea of Time by SM Stirling. Although this book is probably better for fans of time-travel and alternative history it suprised me how much i liked it. Not exactly a "Lost" type plot but worth a read.

It's nonfiction, by I liked "Castaway" by Lucy Irving.  although I found it odd that she knew how to distill water at the beginning of the book and apparently forgot all about it while on the island...
