A thousand jumbled words
mixed with endless silent screams
A day that's gone unheard
that ends in deadly dreams
Quiet looks of desperation
entwined with broken souls
A hundred secrets hidden
in the petals of a rose

Sadness seeping from the skin
left unnoticed on the floor
Misery locked deep behind
the needed tricks of a whore
A million unknown mysteries
disguised with phony smiles
Unsolved enigmas inside themselves
standing here on trial

A puzzle that's missing pieces
A white rose and a platinum tear
Look inside and nothingness
Is all you'll ever hear
