I'm looking for Love Inspired Suspense books, the ones that have the magnifying glass that say cozy mystery.  If anyone has some and might be willing to deal, please let me know!

I have a love inspired suspense book on my shelf.  I don't know if it's what you're looking for but its out there :)

Wow! Janna, if you do find some of these, let me know. I'll also watch for the replies here. I knew about the Love Inspired suspense books, but I DIDN'T know that some are indicated as cozies! Those are right mup my alley!    M'ann

M'ann

The one I read (Murder By Mushroom) has "cozy mystery" under the banner heading and I really enjoyed it, so I thought I might like more.  But they seem kind of hard to come by :-)

Must be a series within the Love Inspired Suspense.  The few I have on my bedside table do not say "Cozy".  One of them has a banner that says "Great Lakes Legends"  I've never been into mysteries, but these are good so far.

ETA: OK I looked at the LIS website http://www.eharlequin.com/store.html?vcname=backlist&cid=359 and saw several labeled cozy.  So being new to mystery what is a cozy mystery?

Hmmm, that's a good question - I see there are all variations of the Suspense line.  Since the one I have had cozy mystery I thought they all were.  Maybe it isn't quite as intense as some of the other ones, more humor or romance or something?  At amy rate, any of the suspense ones would be fine, they don't have to have cozy mystery on them :-)

looking on the Love Inspired Suspense page on eharelquin.com, the cozy ones include

Ron And Janet Benrey - Glory be and Gone to Glory

Lynn Bulock - No Love Lost

The Lynn Bulock one is actually the 3rd in a series, the other 2 are in the Steeple Hill Cafe line  as the Gracie Lee mysteries - Love the Sinner and Less than Frank.

IF you like cozies have you read Peggy Darty's cozy mystery series (that's what the series is called) or Lorena McCourtney's Ivy Malone series? Both are really good.

Murder by Mushroom is the only one i've noticed that said 'cozy' and I enjoyed it also! the whole story centered around a church and a potluck dinner started it all.

I've only read one other love inspired s uspense (inn at shadowlake) and it was very good but not a cozy..
