This book is a potpourri of women's observations or stories about women who influenced their lives. There are twenty-three women known nationally (like Florence Henderson), in their professions (healthcare, Wal-Mart) or for being celebrities or Key Note convention speakers. After each woman's story follows a short health topic article, and then a recipe from the woman. It would be a great book to keep for the coffee table or in the kitchen with the cookbooks.
