They just don't write like this anymore. Bertrice Small's book are books you will want to devour. This isn't mindless writing that quickly bores you like a lot of romances today. Her books have climatic love scenes and such description and historical facts to feed your brain. You will be laughing and crying and won't want to put them down.

I have read everything she has written and make sure I get them in hard back. I love the way she writes and is able to draw you into the period she is using. Her Historical facts are increditably accurate and her discriptions let you visualize everything beautifully. I have yet to read a book by her that I didn't have a hard time putting down.
