I am offer the following book for free with any order.  The reason it is for free is because although I got it through another PBS member, I feel it is in rough enough condition that I can't in good faith repost the book.  The book is completely readable but the covers are curling, someone as reading put black ink check marks throughout (not sure if it was their system of bookmarking or not) and there is writing on the tops of some pages and inside the back cover.  If you are interested, just place an order for one item off my shelf and then PM me if you would like this book.
