The seme/uke relationship is blurred in this book so, some may not like it. However, one sees the serious Kazushi & carefree Izumi's 1st meeting & friendship at 14 change to neighbors & then, lovers at 25. You can follow the progress from start to finish, getting to know the 2 main characters.
