Great book. I didn't particularly like Mary in the beginning. I thought is was a little over done how much she kept pushing Rhage away, but her character turned around and grew strong and she ended up being a character I really liked. A book and a series definetly worth reading.

I thought this book was much better then the first one. I could't put it down Mary is a greate heroine! I was a little disappointed there wasn't more on Beth and Wrath, they seemed to be the characters that were on the outside of the story the most. I do like how Ward has many stories going on, Marissa and Butch are still in the background, we get to meet John, a potential future warrior, and the beginning of Bella and Z. Not to mention we know about Beth's dad from the 1st book, that is a story waiting to happen. So it's not just your typical hero and heroine, but many stories going on and all interesting. Can't wait to continue the series!

The second book in the Black Dagger Brotherhood series is about Rhage, who is cursed for 200 years with a monster that is only tamed with sexual and violent release, and Mary, a woman dying of cancer that becomes his savior. Great sequel to Dark Lover!

Book 2 of the Black Dagger Brotherhood. Rhage is the protagonist, a vampire with the strongest appetites. Cursed by the Scibe Virgin, he carries within him a power, if unleashed it threatens everyone around him. Can he avoid hurting the woman he loves if he lets her get close to him? This character agonizes and you feel it. Another great one in the series. See the other 3 posted.

I must say I loved this book. It had everything happiness, sadness, conflict, oh and did I mention it was hot. My so far favorite of the series. Can't wait to see which book will outshine this one in my mind. Rhage and Mary's story was amazing! It will be hard to top.
