Absolutely not a traditional romance. More of a memoir of a slave's experiences with her Master. It's written in the first person, in short chapters, in the form of letters to the Master, detailing their experiences. We never know what He is thinking, or planning. This book is frightening, titillating, and compelling. Her experiences include all sorts of menage, bondage, punishment, and some beastiality. It is well written and will stay with you. Different. Not for the faint of heart.
