Ingredients
  • lb 2 - Lean ground beef
  • medium 1 - Onion, diced
  • can 1 - Light beer
  • can 2 - Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • can 1 - Cannelini beans (white kidney), drained and rinsed
  • can 1 - Tomato paste
  • can 3 - Petite diced tomatoes
  • Tbs 3 - Chili Powder
  • Tbs 3 - Ground Cumin
  • Tbs 2 - Granulated garlic
  • Tbs 1 - Salt
  • Tbs 1/2 - Ground black pepper
Directions

Brown beef and half of diced onions in large stock pot, drain fat.  Add all other ingredients, adjusting seasoning to taste.  Simmer for 20 minutes and serve with shredded cheddar, no-fat sour cream and/or crackers.

It's simple, easy and my family LOVES it!
