Ingredients

lb 2 - Lean ground beef

medium 1 - Onion, diced

can 1 - Light beer
-
can 2 - Black beans, drained and rinsed

can 1 - Cannelini beans (white kidney), drained and rinsed

can 1 - Tomato paste

can 3 - Petite diced tomatoes

Tbs 3 - Chili Powder

Tbs 3 - Ground Cumin

Tbs 2 - Granulated garlic

Tbs 1 - Salt

Tbs 1/2 - Ground black pepper
Directions
Brown beef and half of diced onions in large stock pot, drain fat. Add all other ingredients, adjusting seasoning to taste. Simmer for 20 minutes and serve with shredded cheddar, no-fat sour cream and/or crackers.
