From the back cover: "Noel Cummings. Young, handsome, a recent widower. The innocent witness to a brutal murder.
Noel Cummings. Police bait. The lure. A flicker of light, the glimpse of a dying man's face, and he is plummeted into stark terror. Into a world he knows nothing about-New York's night world of gay bars and strobe-lit discos. A world that fascinates. Repels. Menaces. Attracts.
Until he is caught between an obsessed policeman and his elusive prey...trapped between the most alluring woman he has ever met and her dangerous, magnetic lover. Until there is nowhere for Noel Cummings to turn. No one to turn to.
And no turning back."

Noel witnesses a murder in the gay district and is asked to act as a lure for a vicious killer. He soon wonders who he's really working for and begins to question his sexuality.

This one maintained my interest and was fascinating. I liked the '70s vibe.
