Has anyone ordered - and gotten - their MAB books? I ordered 5 more than 2 weeks ago. I have received nothing - not even an email saying they shipped out. I have gotten no answer using the "Contact Us" page OR replying to the "librarian" email. I've happily ordered from the PBS market before and I know it takes way longer than any other books I've ordered from anywhere else. I'm OK with that, but now it's been really long and I have no idea whether my books even were shipped yet. Which could mean a month or more total wait to get these books. While I think MAB is pretty cool, esp compared to the prices normally, I just want to know whether my credits and PBS money went down the rabbit hole. Thanks!

I ordered on the 19th and mine haven't been shipped.  However, there have been 6 of those days were either holidays or weekends, so it has only been 6 business days.  I know with the huge number of MAB orders and holiday craziness, they are probably a bit behind.  Not to mention the team has been busy with Books for Schools as well as holidays and weekends.  I'm sure you'll get an answer from the team soon.

Yes, I ordered 3 books on 12/15 and they all came packaged together a little over a week later. It was a pleasant surprise since I hear that a lot of people have had to wait quite a while for orders from PBS Market. 

You can view your receipt for your order by clicking "transaction archive" then "receipts" on the top right.

I ordered my first batch the day after the program started and they arrived 12/24. I ordered another batch today. I don't think I received a notice when the books shipped. I don't remember getting anything. I am in NC as well so might be closer to the warehouse the books ship from.

I ordered 7 books on 12/14. I contacted the team a few days ago as my order was still showing as 'pending'. They let me know they were looking into it and were still working out the kinks in this new program. I received all my books today in the mail. I also e-mailed the team to let them know I received them since it was still showing as 'pending' on my transactions. I'll probably be placing another order soon!

Can you tell me where you saw it say pending in your transactions? I don't see any transaction for it at all - there's no option in the archive to narrow down to books purchased from PBS (unless I am totally missing it, which I very well might be). I ordered on 12/14 and am in California. Thanks!

On your account page there is a receipts tab. Click on the MAB transaction number to see the tracking number.

Awesome. Didn't know that was there. All 5 books show pending, which has been since 12/14. Bummer.

I ordered my 2 books on 12/12 by using PayPal and they were shipped on 12/14. I thought that was pretty quick. I can't remember when I received them but it's been quite a while since. Good luck and hope your books are on their way soon.

I ordered 2 and received them but it did take a long time.

I received mine that were ordered just shortly after it started.

I ordered 2 books as Christmas gifts on 11/30/12.  One was delivered 4 days later 12/4/12 and the other one 17 days later on 12/17/12.  So some of the delay may depend on the availability of the book I think.

Theresa, you must be talking about PBS market as MAB wasn't introduced until Dec. 11th.

Oh I see the Member Appreciation Books!!  Hadn't seen one I wanted yet so wasn't paying a lot of attention and I guess I figured they came from the same place as the marketplace books.

My one experience using the PBS Marketplace was horrible, the books didn't ship for 3 or 4 weeks and arrived beat up because they weren't packaged well. As far as I could tell, the MABs are shipping from the same company, which makes me very hesitant to take advantage. 

I received my MAB books today.

My MABs came from the publisher.  They very fast -- sooner than I'd expected.
