If you are serious about studying the Bible, then this Bible is a "must have." John MacArthur's notes and explanation are the best I have seen in a Study Bible. I own several Study Bibles and hardly use them now since I purchased this Bible. John MacArthur is conservative and true to the original lanugages in translation and exposition. A Bible that can be trusted from a trusted Teacher of God's Word.
