Macady is riding her horse when a shot narrowly misses her. Thinking a hunter has mistaken her, she waves her hat only to be shot at again. She soon finds herself on a flight to save her life with the assistance of a sheriff. As she looks at the evidence that perhaps her own cousins could be involved with the plot she finds herself turning to the sheriff more and more.
An intriguing story that will keep you guessing as you fall in love with the characters.
