Flint is the second book in Ana Leigh's Mackenzie series. Luke is the first. I really enjoyed this western romance. The first two books that I have read thus far makes me think of Leigh Greenwood's The Cowboys series. I hope the remainder of The Mackenzies will be equally as good as each of The Cowboys was.
Those Mackenzie's men are hot!!!!!!
The lone survivor of a comanche attack, young widow Garnet Scott races after her last hope of taying alive on her journey west, Flint MacKensie. A rough and rugged loner, Flint has made it clear that no woman travels with him, not even a flame haired beauty like the widow Scott. Buyt Garnett has other plans. She knew the moment she looked into his mesmerizing vlue eyes that she'd met her destiny. When Garnett catches up with Flint he is furious. He doesnt need to be saddled with a helpless woman in mountains filled with snakes, wild animals and comanches. But flint soon learns that Garnet is no ordinary woman. Her spunky grit saves his life and her fierce independence and hot passion send his senses reeling leaving no doubt that he too has found loves destiny.
