Are there any fans of this show here? If so, the Battery Park City Library has compiled a list of books that have been mentioned on the show. I've only read one of the books on the list, but I am curious about the others now. Here is the list: http://www.nypl.org/blog/2010/09/13/mad-men-reading-list |

Ha! It's an interesting sensation to have the reading list of my youth called "vintage." LOL! The only thing missing is Lawrence Ferlinghetti - or Thomas Costain, or Herman Wouk. |

Thanks for posting this. I've been trying to put them on my reminder list, but I see I've missed some that interest me. I have to add, I soooooo wish Sterling's Gold were a real book.

Just want to add that Don was reading John Le Carre's The Spy Who Came In From The Cold. That one is already on my TBR list.

Thanks, what a fun list! I've been wanting to read Exodus, after watching a really great documentary about the creation of Israel. |
