I have a hardback copy of this book from 1962 if anyone is interested.  The cover is nice and the binding clean, the pages show some yellowing common to 45 year old books.  There is no dust jacket, but I don't remember this copy ever having one and it's been in either my library or my parents probably since it came out.  Several people have the paperback version on their WL, but no one seems to be looking for a hardback copy.  I will happily send it out free with any order from my shelf.  Reply here and PM me, too, if interested.
