I tried to use the mail to a friend option for the first time today. I got to the screen just fine, entered the address clicked continue it brought up the is this the address you want to send to? 2 options yes or no, I double checked to make sure I typed correct and clicked yes.  It took me back to edit the address.

I thought maybe I accidentally clicked no instead of yes, so I clicked continue again, made sure I clicked yes and again it took me back to edit address.  Just to be sure I tried again but clicked no and it did indeed take me back to the edit page.

I did quadruple check the address I had, I'm not sure if the mail to friend will do that if an address is wrong, I got it from the person it's to (it's for a swap) so I doubt they wrote their addy wrong anyway. But, I'm not sure if PBS can tell something is wrong so they won't let it continue, or if it was some kind of glitch in the system.

Has anyone ever had this problem with it?

That's what I've seen when the addy isn't correct. I'd go to USPS.com and enter address and see how it should be formatted for them. Sometimes just having wrong characters on the c/o line or something can cause the addy to not conform with the postal system requirements.

Hmm, I couldn't figure out how to check on the USPS site, I tried changing the C/O line, even making it empty and it still did it.  I'll chalk it up to user error this time, I printed teh DC and will just mail at PO
