That's a few hours of my life I will never get back. Very dissapointing. I have enjoyed this author in the past, but found this book boring, bordering on hokey. I finished it because I kept thinking it would get better, but it never did. The already short book could have been half the length if the repetitive material had been removed. Don't waste your time.
