I was disappointed with this book, MaryJo McGraw has a very different crafting/artistic style than I, and though I certainly like to challenge myself to try new things and did get some good ideas, the majority of the book was unappealing to me. Most of her stuff looks like a preschooler painted and stamped in the dark and stuck fibers and trash all over everything at random. But different strokes and all. I'm sure she has many fans who appreciate her work.

I really like this book and consider it worth keeping to refer to as a reference. I esp liked instructions on how to make Faux paper, and how to fuse fibers. There is info on gold leaf, and ways to paint to make things look rustic.
