Found this recipe clipped from a magazine and tucked in an old recipe book. 1 1/2 Cup Log Cabin Syrup---- 3 eggs lightly beaten 1/4 cup sugar 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped pecans 1/4 teas. salt 1 unbaked 9' pie shell Add syrup to eggs; stir in sugar,salt and pecans. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. So easy , I tried it on the husband and he loved it. This was the easiest pecan pie I ever baked and as tasty as any I've tried. |
