available for purchase - price $3/each, no minimum - I take the Amazon e-gift or Amazon Gift Cards (sorry, don't have, and don't want a PayPal Account). Will also accept PO Money Order.

I also do book deals where you can spend those (and others) book credits that you've purchased for $3/each and help you
