Slice or chop cucmbers, onions, and tomatoes. Stir together in a bowl. Combine vinegar, water, salt & pepper. Let set 1 hour to blend flavors. If more liquid is needed to cover veggies, mix equal parts of vinegar and water. Chill in refridgerator before eating.
