This is an okay romance. The heroine's mother's dreams never really paid off though in spite of it being a major plot point almost from page 1.

Ethan Redford neveer proposed a deal he couln't close. So when he proposed marriage and motherhood to day care director Cleo Kincaid Monroe, he expected a yes. After all, he knew being a bride and little Jonah's mom were Cleo's dream. And knwoing that, he wouldn't couldn't consummate thei merger. True, he'd been accused of being heartless, but Ethan refused to use his virgin wife. The heart even he hadn't known he had wouldn't allow it. No matter how much Cleo wanted him to take what she was offering.
