This excellent book starts off quickly and doesn't slow down until the last page. It will keep you guessing until the very end. Married to a Stranger is one of the best books I've read all summer. It has all the elements of a top-notch whodunnit, including a surprising finale. Patricia MacDonald is at the top of her game in this exhilarating thriller. The characters are interesting, the plot is well-paced and thorough, and the dialogue is realistic. If you are looking for an exciting read this summer I would highly recommend this book. Appropriate for all ages.

First book I've read by this author. Very good book.
I enjoy Patricia MacDonald novels, but some of them can be a bit dry or hard to get into. Married to a Stranger was just the opposite. It kept me on the edge of my seat and the writing was great.
Thrilling book, You just don't know how it will end and can't wait to find out! I read this in one day, easy read, but lots of suspense.

Great psychological suspense! I went into this book feeling it would be a trite "whodunnit" but what a great surprise! It kept me guessing who was trying to kill Emma right up until the very end! And the ending was well done and satisfying. I don't think there were any loose ends at all.
So glad I've discovered a great new author in Patricia MacDonald!
