Okay, so I have a number of these Prestige Format one-shots - these books are not precisely graphic novels, yet they largely are - they are an entire comic book story, they have quality cardstock covers and quality paper and printing (far superior to an average single issue comic book produced at the same time), high cover price (much higher than an average single issue comic book produced at the same time).  They have no ads and they do have ISBN numbers.

So, I know they are postable according the the PBS rules that govern such things... but they are generally much shorter in length than most graphic novels or (comic book) trade paperbacks.  Often around 50 pages (where an average trade paperback/graphic novel might be 65, 100, 144 pages, etc).

My concern is that someone would feel cheated if I posted some of these.  Hence, my question here to get some opinions of yours.
Should I post them?  Would you feel cheated if you spent a PBS credit on one of these?

Some examples:

Captain America/Ghost Rider: Fear (Marvel Comics, 1992, 48pp, original cover price $5.95, ISBN 0-87135-947-2)
Punisher: The Prize (Marvel Comics, 1990, 62pp, original cover price $4.95, ISBN 0-87135-735-6)
Spider-Man/Dr. Strange: The Way to Dusty Death (Marvel Comics, 1992, appx 75pp, original cover price $6.95, ISBN 0-87135-960X)
Punisher/Wolverine: The African Saga (Marvel Comics, 1989, 46pp, original cover price $5.95, ISBN 0-87135-611-2)
Logan: Shadow Society (Marvel Comics, 1996, 48pp, original cover price $5.95, ISBN 0-7851-0294-9)
Dog Moon (DC/Vertigo, 1996, appx 52pp, original cover price $6.95, ISBN 1-56389-237-5)
Hellboy: The Wolves of Saint August (Dark Horse Comics, 1995, appx 48pp, original cover price $4.95, ISBN 1-56971-094-5)
JLA: Foreign Bodies (DC Comics, 1999, appx 64pp, original cover price $5.95, ISBN 9781563897726)

The one I randomly checked has the # of pages in the listing--so the person who has it on their WL should know what they are wishing for.

I would say go ahead and post them, especially if PBS lists the number of pages.  If PBS doesn't you might want to edit the book's details (link at the bottom) to include the # of pages, give it a few days for the updaters to update, then list your copy because all information is now out there.

I'd probably post them anyway, but it's nice to fix the database too. :)

I think you should post them because not only is the information out there, I think the majority of us ordering books in this genre are aware what they're getting and have credits stacked up waiting something good in the GN/Comics arena to become available.

Personally, I usually research the ISBN for those which I'm not familiar via Amazon or Google anyway if I'm not familiar with a title.

Thanks a ton - I appreciate the feedback.  I will feel more comfortable posting them now.  And yes, thanks also for the suggestion of making sure the PBS listing has the page count - I will also check that.
