I was looking for light comic reading and chose this author. The book is certainly funny, and his characters are likeable, ordinary people who make up the world as they go along. We get to watch, laugh and wonder as they live their lives somewhere between this dimension and another. I really enjoyed this book, I cared about the characters and wished them well. I realize that other people's judgements mean nothing, if you truly believe in yourself and what you stand for, even if it's the most ridiculous compilation of nonsense you've ever heard.
