This book provides an exhaustive overview of ways women can be awful to each other. Much of the book is personal anecdotes from women who were mistreated by other women, and women who have changed their evil ways. Unfortunately, many of these tales go on far too long: over a page and a half long.

I did find the classifications of the different types of "bees" interesting, and some good advice is given for women who may be dealing with a difficult woman...... unfortunately, the best advice is work-related and given by the author's husband, who is a lawyer. The author's own advice is mostly self-help type fare (breathing exercises, writing stuff down, etc.)

Although the topic of this book is important, I was hoping for more insight.
