I have a homeschool curricululm that is in a series of small binders. Would this count as media mail?

Thanks!

Because of the content, my first thought is yes.  Then I notice its in binders.  Media Mail is bound printed material...yikes, we need an expert for this one b/c both binding and content matter for MM rates.

As clarification, are you referring to 3-ring binders or are they spiral bound (or those plastic comb thingies)?  And we assume a commercially produced educational cirruculum?
