Book is taken, but I will leave this as a review:

The book is "Meditations Rituals Using Aromatherapy Oils," by Gill Farrer-Halls.  The book does cover aromatherapy topics and intergrates them into the meditation somewhat but all or nearly all of the simple meditations can be used without including aromatherapy at all.  It's a pretty book, with sections on such things as creating sacred space, a few altars and other things like that.

A couple examples are a "Breathing Meditation inspired by Rumi" and "Body of Light Meditation."  Of course my favorite started with something like ..."go to the beach, draw a circle in the sand..."  Sounded good in PA in the winter!

There's also a walking meditation.  Again, I only mention it in case someone is interested.  Namaste.
