I love the book's serene full-page color photographs, because they really help contribute to the peaceful state of mind that one's attempting to obtain from the read.

This work evaluates meditation from the viewpoints of different religions, & provides simple, yet creative & effective, meditations.

It is also interspersed with inspirational quotes, & discusses koans, mantras, mandalas, mindfulness, & more.
