I sent the following e-mail on 3/4/17 about a book marked mailed on 2/12/17.  It will go missing in 2 more days.  The PBS member as never answered my e-mail so it will probably go missing.  I've never had a situation like this.  It seems strange.

"Hi, I still haven't received this book and I usually get things from XX faster than this. Did you actually mail it later than the system shows? It's certainly okay if you did. I just didn't want you to think I had it. Theresa"

Well, it happens occasionally.

The book will get marked lost, and you will get your credit back automatically.

If the book ever arrives, you can mark it received from your Transaction Archive, so the sender will get the credit for it.

You can re-order the book from someone else if you want, however, if that first copy does actually arrive and it looks like the Post Office delayed it (and it wasn't the sender's fault it was late) then you should mark that first copy received as well.  If the sender mailed it late but you already ordered a second copy, then you don't owe the first sender a credit.

I am more concerned about her not answering the e-mail but I just saw the thread where a lot of people aren't getting PBS e-mails.  Maybe she didn't get it.  Is there an alternate way of contacting her?
