Hey, how does one become the Member of the Month?  Is it just a random pick?

They are nominated by other PBS'ers!  If you see someone you think should be a MoM, let PBS know - just send it in as feedback through the Help Center :)

Can you be it more than once?

No, when I submitted a nomination for someone I didn't realize had already received the honor, I got a message back from the PBS team letting me know that my nominee already received the honor and the date they got it.   However,  I will note that the nominations are cumulative, so if you sent one in for two months ago and your nominee didn't get the MoM designation, your vote will still count for future honors.  So, you don't need to keep submitting the nomination every month.

Robin, I was told the exact opposite by the PBS Team, that even after a member had been selected, if they continued to get votes, the votes would continue to accumulate after that month. I wonder if there are two people answering questions or if they changed after your answer or mine?
