I've mailed a set of 4 books to a member whose account has been suspended or closed.  Unfortunately I did not use PBS DC for that one.  Does this mean I am out the credits?  The system action isn't until April 5, what can I expect to happen at that time?

If the account has been put on hold or closed, then your books should be marked as received by the system.  Usually around the lost day.

I didn't find it in the Help.  But I know it does it.

Hi Teresa,

I have the same situation going on myself with a member who has a closed/suspended account.  It sure is aggrevating I know!  Like Emily said the system will mark it received by the system action date.  I should be getting my credit by April 4 approximately.  Still irriatates me though that it happened.  That's the first time I've encountered a member with a suspended/closed account.  Best of luck to you!

Keep in mind that the closed/suspection might be temporary. They will sometimes suspend someone's account while working out a problem.

I sent a book in the past to a member' whose account was suspended before the book was marked recieved.  PBS was aware of the situation, and the system marked the book as received a day or two before it would have gone lost, so I got my credit.

Thanks for all the help, ladies!  I'm happy to say I got my credits today, what a relief!  I'm just sorry to see the other member's account is still in suspended/closed status.  If I remember right they had been with PBS for a while.
