Hi Terry,

No, you can't find out who has a book wishlisted by title.  (You can search an individual member's wishlist, of course, but that's not what you're asking.) 

The best way I can think of to share your ARCs as freebies is to go into the Book Bazaar (one of the Discussion Forums) and offer them there.  There's even a thread there for wishlisted books.  You can offer them as no-strings-attached free, or you can say something like, "Order a book from my shelf, and you can have one of these ARCs for free."  Wait for a day when you can be at your computer a lot, as I've found people really grab things there fast!
