When agent Jay discovers that the evil plot by the Kylothian alien Serleena centers on a power source called the Light of Zartha, he knows he must find his retired partner, Kay. In order to fill in the history of Serleena's past visit to Earth, the importance of the Light of Zartha, and where it is hidden, Kay's neutralized memory will need specialized help. It soon becomes clear that the Men in Black team is pitted against a formidable foe. Serleena, disguised as a beautiful woman, takes over the MIB Headquarters, holds Zed hostage, and stages a final battle with the agents that will decide the fate of the world. Fast-paced action scenes and lots of entertaining one-liners carry the plot from beginning to end. Fun for readers of science fiction and moviegoing fans, this title may also attract reluctant readers.
