I hope someone is familiar enough with the different editions of these books to help me. They were originally published in 1995/6, without 'graphic novel' in the titles, then republished in 2006 by a different company as Critter Kids Graphic Novel Adventures. I wondered whether the earlier and later ones are all the same in content, or if the earlier ones are chapter books with illustrations, and the later ones were turned into grapic novels. The Amazon descriptions are not helpful, as I've been fooled before when they apply the description of a later edition to an earlier book. The covers they show on the two editions are different, which leads me to wonder whether the contents are also different.

Thanks for any help you can give. I'm trying to order them for a somewhat reluctant reader who's happy to read kids'-level graphic novels but feels that chapter books are too much for her just yet.
