This book has many great recipes. The pages now have some stickiness to them, which is an indicator that we have used them a lot! This is NOT for someone who is looking for Americanized Tex-Mex cooking. This is more authentic. There are some ingredients that I have to shop at specialty stores to get, but most are available at the local grocery store.
