Tell me what you think! Once not too long ago, at a middle school not too far away,a girl named Nicole was considered pretty popular. Don't get me wrong. She wasn't in one of those beauty-obcessive cliques, or anything like that. She seemed like a typical girl, but Nicole was definately different. Don't worry. She's not a wizard or a boy, like some stories you may of heard before. She was quirky. She was fun. She wanted to change the world. She was not a liar. She loved the feeling of finishing a poem. But, most of all, she wanted some justice for everyone who had ever been called a name. For everyone who had been told that nobody cares. Nicole got so fed up with it one day that she stood up to Carson, who was actually her friend. He was picking on a shy boy named Derek. She knew what she had done was right, but it was social suicide. Carson just glared at her, and finally walked away. The last bell of the day rang, and Nicole walked home. The next day, she went to homeroom, not thinking anything about anything in particular. It took Nicole a minute to catch on, but everyone was giving her the silent treatment. The silent treatment went strong for 3 days! Finally it was broken. A short girl named Susie whispered, "Hi," in the hallway. Nicole had never been so greatful in her life. After school that day, Nicole looked in the school directory for Susie's phone number. "Susie Wallin. 529-6674," said Nicole to herself as she dialed the number. She invited Susie to spend the night Friday, and Susie agreed. Then they talked about things, one in particular. A plan! The next day at school was awkward because Susie was pertending to hate Nicole. Nicole knew Susie had to for the plan to work, but she wanted people to talk to her more than anything.
