Does anyone have this book? I received it in the Book Bazaar as a freebie. I didn't realize the first 22 pages were missing, they just said that the pages were apart from the spine. I'm not complaining by any means, just wondering if someone who has this book in their possession can scan the first 22 pages and email them to me? I would be very grateful!

Is that from the Anita Blake series? I have all the books except the newest but not a Midnight Cafe. Could you mean The Lunatic Cafe?
