Excellent book! My acupunturist recommended the book and suggested reading no more than 2 pages a day to fully digest the contents. It is a great book.

I have learned so much about my emotions and how to deal with them. The meditation she walks you through is so soothing. This book was suggested reading in another book I love, Feelings Buried Alive Never Die...by Karol K. Truman.
